"R. Logan breaches Article 8(1) S.2, 2(1) by releasing the brakes into T1 and spearing into Zlatnik who is then shot into Mazan and Short. 

Zlatnik is then also shot into E. Blommaert who does not hold the brakes and is sandwiched by J. Turner and D. Zlatnik. 

By not holding the brakes, Blommaert causes a collision with Logan and is therefore in breach of Articles 8(1) S. 2, 2(1) and 8(5) S.1. However, Logan does not suffer any further disadvantage from this since the car is already terminally damaged and his brakes are not working. 

Logan then also spears into J. Neergaard. J. Neergaard was shot into Y. Delaey. Delaey evidentely suffered significant damage because he had a car inside him. Neergaard is displaced on two wheels and skids across the track and into the barrier. Furthermore braking would have had no effect anyways since none of the tyres had proper contact with the surface. While Neergaard does not fully hold the brakes during this, he still brings the car to a standstill as quickly as possible. J. Neergaard suffers terminal damage from this incident.

Mazan does not hold the brakes while spinning, however the car comes to a standstill quickly enough. He then rolls back a few decimeters which causes a small collision with J. Fallas. 

Logan is then pushed off the track from that collision but still does not hold the brakes, spinning around and hitting J. Turner at the right flank causing Turner to spin. Turner avoids beyblading by holding the brakes. Fallas hits Zlatnik at the rear but the Stewards find that due to the unpredictable trajectory of Zlatnik's car - caused by the very first contact - it was impossible to predict and too quick to react, meaning Fallas was not expected to act differently there.

Note: The Stewards are aware of the fact that R. Logan's brakes malfunctioned and reviewing the replay, they can confirm this to be true beyond any doubts. However, hardware malfunction cannot be taken into account for incidents. It does rule out intent though. Therefore, Logan is treated as if he recklessly caused these collisions. "

F. Snyder breaches Article 8(1) S.2, 2(1) by misjudging his braking distance and hitting A. Orlicz at the rear. Orlicz takes a visible amount of damage at the rear. This occurred on lap 1 and in turn 1, therefore it is violating the race director's notes.

"A. Orlicz breaches Article 8(1) S.2, 2(1) by touching Snyder at the right flank who is then spun around and loses 4 positions. Orlicz immediately stops his car in the middle of the track. While the Stewards recognize the sportsmanship of waiting for the person you affected negatively, it is dangerous to stop in the middle of the track with cars close behind. While nothing happened and T. Kozmer had to take minor avoiding action, the Stewards also recognize that stopping like that avoided the situation of Snyder and Orlicz accelerating into each other because of the trajectories they had."
